Receptionist

Job Summary Be the representative voice and face for our nail salon, and make a great first impression on our customers. We are looking for a friendly and productive receptionist to join our team at the nail salon, along with ensuring our clients a pleasant experience. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
• Great collaboration and communication with staff members
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization
• Utilize computer skills to manage files and documents
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs Requirements
• Able to navigate POS technologies
• Experience with office procedures and phone systems
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Prior experience as a receptionist
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-pace environment
• Minimum age 18 (mandatory) Stages 1.
