• Greet clients with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Manage the salon's front desk operations efficiently
• Schedule appointments and manage the booking system
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
• Process transactions using the POS system and cash register
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Help with laundry during the day. Requirements
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a salon or similar environment
• Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
• Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of retail math for sales transactions is a plus
