- Greet clients with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Manage the salon's front desk operations efficiently
- Schedule appointments and manage the booking system
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Process transactions using the POS system and cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Help with laundry during the day. Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a salon or similar environment
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of retail math for sales transactions is a plus
