Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care and excellent customer service skills. This is a semi-remote position available that allows for team interaction in-clinic while performing most day-to-day administrative responsibilities in a call-center environment. Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and manage the veterinary clinic's calendar
• Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records Requirements
• Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using veterinary software systems is a plus
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the clinic
• Certification in veterinary reception or related field is preferred Scheduling expectations: We are open Monday-Thursday from 8a-4pm.
