Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management tasks to ensure a smooth and professional environment. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a welcoming atmosphere for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring a positive first impression Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management for various departments or professionals Handle insurance co-pays and deductibles. Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with efficiency and clarity Assist with clerical duties including typing reports, proofreading documents, and maintaining accurate records of all activities Experience Previous office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills Familiarity with front desk operations in medical or dental settings is a plus Proven ability to manage multi-line phone systems and provide excellent customer support Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry tools Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Front Desk Associate to be the friendly face that keeps our office running smoothly!
