Front Desk Receptionist

Now hiring front desk receptionist for either Morning, Evening, OR Night shifts for Clarion Inn & Suites. We are a local chain hotel offering affordable and convenient accommodation in a central location right here in Weatherford, TX.

Work Schedule:

Usually 8 hour shifts, 4-5 days a week (negotiable & flexible)

Qualifications:

High school diploma Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to use software to manage reservations Ability to take phone calls and make reservations Conversational English speaker required, additional languages a plus No previous customer service experience required but a plus

Responsibilities:

Front desk tasks include: greeting guests, handling check in/check out, managing reservations, & answering phone calls Occasionally assist with laundry and clean up around the lobby Refer guests to local amenities and venues Communicate guests' requests and complaints to management

Morning Shift:

assist with breakfast

Evening Shift:

assist bar & bistro

Night Shift :

preform Night Audit Send applications preferably in person at the hotel: Clarion Inn & Suites 1911 Wall St. Weatherford
