Responsibilities Greet and assist patients/clients with a friendly, positive attitude Answer and manage incoming calls in multiple languages - English and Spanish Schedule appointments and maintain calendars Handle check-ins, paperwork, and basic administrative tasks Support the team with day-to-day office operations Requirements Fluent in English and Spanish Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Previous front desk or administrative experience is a plus Why Join Us?
