Job Description

Front Desk Receptionist Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 1:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.
Pay Range:
$14.00-$16.00 per hour
Position Type:
Part-Time Position Summary The Front Desk Receptionist serves as a welcoming and professional first point of contact for youth, parents, staff, administrators, and visitors. This position is responsible for supporting daily front desk operations, communicating information effectively, gathering and maintaining accurate data, organizing files, and helping ensure the front desk and surrounding areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greet youth, parents, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner. Communicate clearly and respectfully with staff, administration, parents, and youth. Answer and direct phone calls, questions, and messages to the appropriate staff members. Gather, enter, and maintain accurate data and information as required. Maintain organized and up-to-date files, records, forms, and other front desk materials. Assist with youth and visitor check-in and check-out procedures as needed. Maintain confidentiality when handling youth, family, staff, and organizational information. Keep the front desk, lobby, and surrounding areas clean, organized, and presentable. Provide basic administrative and clerical support to staff and administration. Communicate important information, concerns, or incidents to the appropriate staff member or administrator. Assist with additional front desk and administrative duties as assigned.
Pay:
$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
