Job Description

Front Desk Assistant (Sales + Client Care Focus) Body Revive -
Cedar City, UT Pay:
Hourly + commission About Body Revive Body Revive is a growing, nurturing wellness center focused on results-driven care. We specialize in medical and orthopedic massage while integrating advanced therapies such as sauna, cold plunge (contrast therapy), and red light therapy. We work closely with medical providers and the VA Community Care Network, making our front desk team a critical part of delivering both excellent service and smooth clinical coordination. Position Overview We are looking for a front desk assistant who can create an exceptional client experience from the moment someone walks in—while also confidently managing scheduling, sales, and communication with professionalism. This role is perfect for someone who is friendly and compassionate, but also confident, organized, and able to uphold policies when needed . What You'll Do Greet clients and create a warm, welcoming environment Schedule appointments and manage daily therapist schedules Support massage therapists with rebooking clients Educate clients on services, memberships, and upgrade opportunities (add-ons, packages, memberships) Handle payments, questions, and occasional concerns with professionalism Communicate with medical providers and the VA Community Care Network regarding referrals, authorizations, and follow-ups Assist with room turnover (laundry, resetting rooms, maintaining cleanliness) Answer phones, return messages, and manage client communication Additional Responsibilities (Contrast Therapy & Recovery Area) Help maintain and care for the sauna and cold plunge (cleanliness, basic daily upkeep, and readiness for use) Guide clients through their contrast therapy appointments with clear instructions and a calm, supportive presence Ensure clients are following proper protocols (such as showering, timing, and safe use) Monitor the space to maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing environment What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Confidence in sales (memberships, upgrades, rebooking support) Ability to balance kindness with clear boundaries when discussing policies or charges Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional and dependable Comfortable working with medical offices and handling sensitive client information Willingness to work rotating weekends
