We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for visitors, managing incoming calls, and providing critical administrative support across the office. What Youll Do Greet visitors and answer/direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy Maintain a clean and presentable front office and shared spaces Manage office supplies, copier stocking, and kitchen upkeep Support HR with applicant paperwork and assist new hires with applications Provide administrative assistance to the Controller and managers as needed Gain hands-on experience with accounting functions, including: Basic accounts payable and payroll entry Bank reconciliations and fuel log maintenance Vendor billing and credit applications Why Join Us? • This is more than just a front desk roleits a developmental opportunity to learn and grow within accounting and office administration. What Were Looking For Required:
High school diploma or equivalent 12 years of experience in receptionist, administrative, or office support roles Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized
Preferred:
Experience in construction, accounting, or related industries Familiarity with accounting terms and processes Experience with multi-line phone systems and document management tools Offered compensation: $18/yr - $24/yr Experience and License Requirements Receptionist, administrative, or office support
