Receptionist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Lehi, Utah. This role involves managing front desk operations, ensuring excellent communication, and providing top-notch customer service. Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcome and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
• Manage and operate a multi-line phone system efficiently, including answering inbound calls and transferring them as needed.
• Handle switchboard operations for up to 10 phone lines, ensuring smooth communication flow.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and with attention to detail, providing accurate information or redirecting calls to the appropriate contacts.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, presenting a detail-oriented image to all visitors.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and filing documents.
• Support additional office operations as needed to ensure seamless workflow.
• Collaborate with team members to address any operational challenges or customer concerns effectively.
