Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary Our multi-office physical therapy clinic is seeking an experienced receptionist to join our family-oriented company! We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities include:

Helping patients at the front desk, answering and redirecting phone calls. Understanding and authorizing health, auto, and workers compensation insurance. Send faxes, scan, and file. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars. Must be willing to cover at one of our five other offices throughout the valley if coverage is needed.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 10am to 6pm
