HealthQuest of Murray is a patient-centered chiropractic clinic dedicated to helping individuals improve their health, mobility, and overall well-being. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in creating an exceptional patient experience while supporting the daily operations of our clinic.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients and create a welcoming environment Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments Process patient check-ins and check-outs Collect payments and maintain accurate records Assist patients with intake forms and office paperwork Maintain a clean and organized reception area Provide administrative support to clinic staff as needed

Qualifications:

Previous receptionist, medical office, or customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable using computers and office software (training provided) Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Schedule:

Part-time Flexible weekday schedule Occasional evening availability preferred

Compensation & Benefits:
