Effective Solutions Therapy and Let it Grow Healing is a wellness clinic that offers mental health therapy, life coaching, energy healing, yoga classes, electro-cranial therapy and healing events. Applicants must have a growth mind-set and positive energy to enhance wellness. Applicants must meet needed qualifications for basic computer software and office assisting (Microsoft Office experience, comfortable utilizing various software platforms, billing and data tracking).

SCHEDULE
Mon:
1:45-5
PM/Wed:
2:45PM-6:15PM (6-7 hours weekly)
PAY:
$17 hourly Qualifications Applicant must have a high school diploma or equivalent Applicant must be at least 18 years of age Applicant must have experience with computer- based applications (Microsoft Office) Applicant must be comfortable navigating technology and company applications/programs Applicant must be proficient in using email and related software tools Applicant must have proficient skills in written expression Applicant must have a strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks Applicant, must we well organized, and be able to follow both written and verbal instructions Applicant must be able to work independently without prompting Applicant must be able to communicate effectively and be intrinsically motivated Applicant must possess excellent social skills Applicant must have an outgoing and friendly personality Applicant must be able to observe rules of confidentiality, related to mental health Applicant must be open-minded and free of judgment Applicant must have the ability to remain calm when relating to clients Applicants are preferred with a background in psychology and tech/business operations Applicants are preferred with medical experience, or additional certifications/degrees Responsibilities Applicant will assist manager with weekly and daily tasks related to office needs Applicant will administer Alpha Stim (Cranial-Electrotherapy) Applicant will greet clients and create a welcoming environment Applicant will assist in room set up for both Alpha Stim and yoga Applicant will assist in creating billing statements Applicant will assist clients in completing needed paperwork for services Applicant will communicate with manager through email Applicant will assist with scheduling Applicant will assist clients with office online booking application Applicant will communicate with clients about wellness center's services Applicant will help with office cleaning bi-monthly This position requires an applicant who is self-paced and driven. Applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check and be able to navigate technology and computer-based systems. Our wellness clinic is client centered and offers a variety of services.
