Overview Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician and become a vital part of ensuring our facilities operate smoothly, efficiently, and safely. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. Your expertise will keep our operations running seamlessly, contributing to a safe and productive environment for all team members. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC/R units, refrigeration equipment, and electrical components to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan. Diagnose issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools; execute repairs promptly to minimize downtime. Repair appliances, air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and other critical equipment with precision and attention to detail. Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and service manuals to guide repairs and installations effectively. Lead small maintenance projects or assist construction teams during facility upgrades or new installations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and inspections completed. Respond swiftly to emergency maintenance requests ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or mechanical maintenance. Knowledge of schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic procedures for various equipment types. Hands-on experience with HVAC systems—including air conditioning units—and refrigeration technology is essential. Mechanical knowledge combined with construction experience is highly desirable for complex repair tasks or system upgrades. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide junior team members or coordinate maintenance activities efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly under pressure. Relevant certifications in HVAC/R or appliance repair are preferred; ongoing training is encouraged to stay current with industry standards.
