Age Must be 21+ years of age. Education/Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required Related experience in lieu of education will be considered Skills Bilingual, English/Spanish
PREFERRED
but not required. Must be motivated, self-sufficient and able to work alone and as a team. Ability to effectively communicate, read, write, and professionally notate in English is a MUST. Computer skills, i.e., Excel, Microsoft, Google Workplace (formerly G Suite), ability to create and proficiently use the spreadsheets in place will be a key part of the job. Ability to resolve and handle conflict through de-escalation. Ability to make each client feel comfortable and important when they walk through the door.CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
Pre-Employment Willingness to follow and comply with DHHS Code of Conduct Undergo Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI), and Child Abuse Registry background check. Persons may be disqualified from employment based solely on a prior conviction and/or confirmed incident involving domestic violence, child abuse and/or neglect. Proof of current and valid driver's license and automobile insurance. Verification of U.S. Citizenship or Valid Work Visa, if applicable. After Hire Complete required Pre-Service training and annual training thereafter. Drug testing (optional at C2S expense) First Aid and CPR Certification (initial and ongoing) Successfully complete a 6 month probationary period.MAJOR DUTIES
Welcome clients either in person or over the phone Answer phones and accurately distribute phone messages Problem solve with Clients and Therapists Timely notation on several platforms Respond to emergency situations that may arise Input data into Excel spreadsheets Confirm Private Insurance and Medicaid eligibility and applicable copays Assist with aspects of billing/accounts receivable as needed in a timely manner Track and record billable services Help maintain an organized office environment Organize and maintain client files If employment begins prior to the employees completion of required employment conditions, continued employment shall be contingent upon satisfactory completion of the remaining conditions of the probationary period. During this time period, employees may be terminated without cause. Wage $16 Hours Negotiable (Our office is open from 8AM-8PM Monday-Thursday Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Duties- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with data entry and maintaining electronic and paper files
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Perform general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Provide support to other team members as requested Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workplace
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
