Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression for everyone entering the office Manage Phone Lines professionally, taking calls and placing on hold when necessary. Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries promptly with a friendly demeanor Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing office supplies Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant platforms to support daily operations Between check in and check out, maintain loads of laundry to ensure therapists have clean linens and towels for clients. Requirements Proven office experience or clerical experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle multiple calls efficiently Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Experience with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing, and general office management preferred Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy in tasks such as proofreading and bookkeeping This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their administrative expertise in a vibrant setting.
