students and families in Sistema Utah! We have an opening this Fall for a part-time receptionist after school. Responsible to coordinate all matters essential to the efficiency and effectiveness of the Sistema front desk and assist Sistema Campus Director as needed. Will be responsible for interacting with parents, students and school visitors on a daily basis. This position is the primary point of contact for everyone entering school after school hours.Hours:
M, T, F 3
15-7:00 p.m. and W, Th 2:15-6:00 p.m. Training starts THIS WEEK and job goes through the beginning of June.Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the campus director by doing: 1. Ensuring all visitors or students after school are where they need to be. 2. Every child is signed out by an adult before leaving the premises. 3. Keeping all documents, name tags and front desk cart organized. 4. Answer questions from parents or clarify events happening on campus. 5. Provide minor first aid for students. 6. Help gather parent volunteers for events.Qualification:
Incumbent must be fingerprinted and clear a criminal and FBI background checkKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. Requires High School diploma, GED or equivalent as reviewed by HR 2. Requires strong computer technology skills, including Microsoft Office products and Google Drive. 3. Requires effective problem solving, organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills. 4. Required attention to detail and and accuracy of work. 5. Requires personal integrity and dependability 6. Requires successful data entry ability 7. Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills 8.
