This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with support, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proactive attitude to handle diverse tasks efficiently. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a professional environment where your organizational talents and customer support skills will shine. Front Desk Receptionist / Spa Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor Manage the front desk efficiently and create a welcoming spa environment Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system with excellent phone etiquette Make cold calls for at least one hour per day to help book more clients Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries by phone and email Schedule appointments accurately using Meevo 2 software Check clients in and out for services Be knowledgeable about spa services, products, and promotions Promote service packages, memberships, and retail products Keep the front desk and reception area clean, organized, and tidy Perform light clerical duties, including typing documents, managing correspondence, filing, and basic paperwork Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software Work collaboratively with coworkers and contribute to a positive team environment Be dependable and attend all scheduled shifts Must be available to work weekends Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Professional phone and email etiquette Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Comfortable with appointment scheduling and front desk operations Experience with Meevo 2, QuickBooks, or similar systems is a plus Social media experience is a plus How to Apply Please send your resume when applying through Indeed.
