Veterinary Receptionist

Pay Range:

$18$22 per hour (based on experience)Shirlington Animal Hospital is seeking a friendly, dependable, and hardworking Veterinary Receptionist to join our team! The ideal candidate will be reliable, have a positive attitude, strong multitasking skills, and a passion for providing excellent client service in a fast-paced veterinary environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and their pets with a warm, professional, and compassionate approachCheck patients in and out efficiently and accuratelyAnswer and manage a multi-line phone systemSchedule appointments and assist with daily clinic flowMaintain accurate medical records and client informationProcess payments and handle basic administrative dutiesCommunicate effectively with doctors, technicians, and clientsSupport clinic operations as needed

Qualifications:

Previous veterinary reception or veterinary clinic experience requiredExperience with Avimark is a plusStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work independently at times and as part of a teamFriendly, professional, and reliable work ethic
