Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to support daily office operations at our client's office in Chantilly, Virginia. Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and provide a professional first impression Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails Schedule appointments and coordinate with sales and service teams Perform light administrative tasks, filing, and data entry Process basic paperwork, orders, and customer inquiries

Qualifications:

Prior front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable with phones, email, and basic computer applications Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

Schedule:

20-30 hours per week, Monday -
