Automotive Receptionist - Flow Toyota of Charlottesville

Flow Toyota of Charlottesville is seeking a full time, in office receptionist. Some Saturdays will be required. Pay rate will be $17/hour. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced team, this could be a great fit for you! The receptionist is the first point of contact for our customers, so maintaining a professional appearance and organized front desk is a must. Full time will equal a 5 day work week, 40 hours, including some Saturdays. Interested candidates are asked to apply to this listing.

What You'll Do:

Greet customers and create a welcoming first impression Answer and direct incoming calls Assist with basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, etc.) Support the sales and service teams as needed Keep the front desk and customer lounge area clean, stocked, and organized
