Service Ambassador Charlottesville Health & Rehabilitation Center Part-Time Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Ambassador to join our team at Charlottesville Health & Rehabilitation Center, a 105-bed skilled rehabilitation facility in Charlottesville. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our patients, and we are looking for a friendly and professional individual to serve as the first point of contact for our visitors. About the

Role:

As a Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for: Greeting and welcoming visitors, directing them to their destinations, and announcing them to the appropriate staff member Answering and screening phone calls, providing basic information when needed, and forwarding calls to the appropriate staff member Receiving and sorting daily mail, deliveries, and couriers Maintaining security by controlling access and monitoring logbooks Updating appointment calendars and scheduling meetings and appointments Performing other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, etc.

Requirements:

Proven working experience in similar roles Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Professional appearance Solid communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
