Front Desk Receptionist

Receptionist - Doggy Clipps Salon & Mobile Grooming In order to keep up with our growing appointment demand, we are looking for a responsible, energetic, and pet-loving receptionist to join our team! At Doggy Clipps Salon & Mobile Grooming, we are a well-established grooming salon that prides itself on professionalism, organization, and exceptional client care —for both pets and their owners. This position will start part-time , with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance and business needs. Schedule Requirements Weekday availability required Saturday availability is a MUST Opportunity for increased hours over time Requirements Prior reception or front desk experience required Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working with all breeds, sizes, and temperaments of dogs Ability to identify and communicate pet concerns (matting, fleas/ticks, visible injuries, etc.) at check-in Reliable transportation Experience with QuickBooks and/or Microsoft Office is a plus Responsibilities Answering phones and responding to client inquiries Booking and managing appointments Greeting clients and checking in pets Processing payments and maintaining accurate sales records General bookkeeping duties, receipt scanning Maintaining a clean and organized front desk and salon area Assisting groomers with basic tasks when needed What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, professional, and dependable Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Passionate about working with animals and people alike

Job Types:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:
