800 W Broad St, Falls Church, VA 22046 The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: Experience in an office, administrative, pet grooming salon, or veterinary hospital setting. Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to efficiently manage front desk operations.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner Answer and direct phone calls Help guests enter their information and create records (e.g., pet information, appointment details) Accurately record guests' grooming needs, and facilitate communication between groomers and guests (e.g., confirm service details, schedule appointments) Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, and transcribing Manage appointments and schedules Maintain office cleanliness and organization Assist with basic office management tasks
Qualifications:
Experience in a medical office or similar environment (experience in a veterinary hospital is a plus) Proficient in file management and organization Strong front desk presence and customer service skills Knowledge of clerical procedures and office equipment use Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks is a plus Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Ability to transcribe information accurately Familiarity with office software is a plus Join Us!
