Full Time Veterinary Receptionist

Freed Veterinary Hospital is seeking a reliable, friendly, and organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our small animal (dogs & cats) practice in Hampton, VA. If you have experience in a veterinary clinic, medical office, or customer service setting and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we would love to meet you!

Veterinary Receptionist Responsibilities:

Greet clients and pets professionally and compassionately Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments Check patients in and out accurately Process payments and review invoices Maintain medical records and client communication Coordinate prescription refill requests Support doctors and technicians with appointment flow

Qualifications:

Previous veterinary receptionist or medical office experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable handling emotional situations with empathy Detail-oriented with strong computer skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Team player with a positive attitude

Pay:

$13.00 - $16.00 per hour
