Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily activities. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and staff with enthusiasm, ensuring a warm and professional first impression Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously using proper phone etiquette Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries promptly, providing accurate information or routing as needed Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure all documentation is accurate through proofreading and meticulous attention to detail Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings or events Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace to prepare documents, reports, and presentations Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, proofreading documents, and managing office supplies Requirements Proven experience in office or administrative roles with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, data entry, and basic bookkeeping tools like QuickBooks is highly desirable Bilingual abilities are a plus to support diverse client needs and enhance communication Previous experience as a receptionist or in medical/dental office settings is preferred but not required Strong phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing customer support Ability to manage time effectively while handling various responsibilities such as calendar management and filing Join us as a Front Desk Agent where your proactive attitude and organizational expertise will make a meaningful impact every day!
