Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients with a warm, professional attitude Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries Manage appointments and bookings Handle check-ins, check-outs, and payments Maintain a clean, organized front desk and shop environment Support daily front desk operations and overall client experience
