Job Description

Front Desk Receptionist Richmond Spine Interventions and Pain Center is seeking experienced, dedicated Front Desk Receptionists to join our team at both our Midlothian and Mechanicsville locations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, demonstrate strong organizational abilities, and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment while adhering to established practice guidelines. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist patients in a professional and welcoming manner within a busy outpatient clinic Check in patients using the EMR system accurately and efficiently Respond promptly to inquiries or direct questions and concerns to appropriate staff Coordinate and optimize provider schedules to enhance patient satisfaction Notify providers of patient arrivals in a timely manner Perform data entry and general clerical duties Verify financial information and collect patient payments Communicate clearly with physicians and clinical staff regarding patient needs, concerns, or issues
Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or GED required
Experience:
Prior customer service experience required Medical office experience preferred Experience with EMR systems preferred Additional Requirements Reliable transportation is required Ability to travel between Midlothian and Mechanicsville locations as needed
Compensation & Benefits Pay:
$15.00
