Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls efficiently using a multi-line phone system to ensure prompt and clear communication.
- Greet and assist visitors and applicants, providing guidance and support throughout their interaction with the office.
- Accurately enter and update work orders in the system to maintain smooth operations.
- Follow up with applicants to gather necessary information and complete incomplete applications.
- Perform data entry tasks with precision to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments or meetings as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the team to enhance overall office productivity.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment for guests.
