Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor. Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries. Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry. Assist with insurance verification and billing processes. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus. Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
