SCHEDULE

Flexible Full-time 40 hours per week maximum Monday-Friday; alternating

Saturdays DUTIES:

Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a timely manner Collect and update client information, including medical history and insurance details Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area Process payments for services rendered

REQUIREMENTS

2 years of previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal care facility is preferred Proficiency in veterinary terminology is highly desirable Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their beloved pets. Your exceptional customer service skills and knowledge of veterinary practices will ensure a positive experience for both clients and their furry friends!
