Our residential treatment program is provided in a warm and friendly environment by well-trained, highly motivated staff that takes pride in delivering quality care. Responsibilities and Duties We are currently accepting applications for a weekend Receptionist to act as an information center for all visitors over the phone as well as in person, issuing visitor badges as appropriate, directing visitors to proper waiting area and/or location, and informing appropriate staff of arrivals. Qualifications and Skills High School diploma or GED certification OR One year certificate from college or technical school Six to twelve months prior experience receptionist or clerical experience. Must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions. Must have the ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations. Ability to deal with the public in a professional, friendly, calm manner. Ability to communicate effectively with all disciplines involved in the care of residents/clients. Computer skills, including Microsoft Office preferred. Ability to prioritize assignments. Must be able to work every other weekend 2:30p -8:00p Must be able to work rotating holidays.
