Job Description

Busy Medical Day Spa searching for a friendly, part-time receptionist to join our team! Training Hours for approximately 2 MONTHS•Must be available:
Tuesday:
11:00am-7:00pm
Wednesday:
11:00am-7:00pm
Thursday:
8:30am-4:00pm
Saturday:
9:30am•5:30pm After the 2 month period•Must be available:
Tuesday:
8:30am-4:00pm
Wednesday:
4pm•7:30pm
Thursday:
11:00am•7:30pm
Friday:
10:00am•5:00pm
Alternating Saturdays:
9:30am•5:30pm The ideal candidate will: Flexibility Work well independently Have excellent customer service skills and friendly phone demeanor Have previous customer service experience and reception experience (at least one year preferred) Be detail oriented Have Computer/Microsoft Office experience (preferred) Be available to work at least 6 months or longer
Job Duties:
Greet and welcome clients as soon as they arrive at the spa Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Booking/Confirming/Organizing appointments through online booking software Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures) General knowledge of our services & prices General HIPAA knowledge Checking/Organizing/Filing Client Charts & Consent Forms Taking payments (credit card machine & cash register) Product Inventory Light Cleaning (sweeping, bathrooms, trash, dusting, sanitizing) Providing the highest standard of customer service & developing relationships with clients PTO available after 1 year of employment. Employee discount on products (and sometimes services when select criteria are met).
