Cypress Creek Veterinary Hospital is looking for a Full-Time Veterinary Receptionist to join our dedicated, compassionate team! We're a two-doctor, small animal practice committed to providing high-quality care in a welcoming, family-like environment. As the first point of contact for our clients, our receptionists play a vital role in creating a positive experience for both pets and their owners.

What You'll Do:

Greet clients with warmth and professionalism Schedule appointments and manage phone and email communications Process payments and maintain accurate records Assist with check-ins and check-outs Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth daily operations

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and customer service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment A friendly, team-focused attitude Reliability and time-management skills Veterinary experience preferred , but we're willing to train the right candidate

Schedule & Requirements:

Full-time position Some weekend availability is required (Rotating Saturdays)
