Maintain knowledge of store hours for different departments, upcoming events, and any other operations that may affect store hours/ availability of staff. Refers customers who have additional questions to the service advisor or other appropriate staff member. Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and refers the customer to the appropriate individual for further assistance.
