Qualifications Willing to hire without automotive sales background for the right personalities and customer service experience Ability to pass a background check and drug test Proven track record in meeting sales targets Strong decision-making abilities Ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate product and service offerings Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction Valid Driving Record with no more than 3 moving violations in 2 years as well as reckless driving violations Strong verbal and written communication skills Above Basic Computer skills
