Position Overview The Front Desk Sales Receptionist is responsible for client experience and front desk sales performance. This role requires someone who understands medspa services, is comfortable discussing pricing and treatment plans, and can confidently convert consultations into package and membership sales. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional client experience from check-in to checkout Educate clients on treatments, packages, and memberships Upsell services and close sales with confidence Meet and exceed monthly sales targets Schedule appointments strategically to maximize revenue Process payments and manage POS transactions Maintain accurate client records and notes Support marketing promotions and in-house events Maintain a polished, welcoming front desk environment Follow HIPAA and client confidentiality standards Qualifications

REQUIRED
