Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in office management tools. This role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Bilingual skills and experience with medical or dental office environments are a plus. The position offers an engaging work environment where attention to detail and multitasking are heavily valued. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously Schedule appointments and manage calendar appointments using Athena EMR and Microsoft Office tools Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading with accuracy and attention to detail Maintain organized records of client information, correspondence, and office supplies Assist with customer support inquiries via phone or email, providing prompt and professional responses Manage office correspondence, including emails, faxes, and mail distribution Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming at all times Perform clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, and document preparation Qualifications Proven experience in office coordination, clerical support, or administrative roles Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading Bilingual abilities are preferred but not required; fluency in additional languages is a plus Experience with medical or dental receptionist duties is advantageous Prior experience in office or administrative support roles including calendar management and personal assistant responsibilities is preferred This position is integral to maintaining an efficient office environment while delivering outstanding support to clients and staff alike. We value professionalism, reliability, and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
