  • Provide legendary customer service to internal and external customers in person, via multi-line telephone and electronically. Model behavior that creates a positive, inclusive, and welcoming atmosphere Actively and positively engage with customers, providing them with options. Clerical
  • Operate office equipment and programs to include: computer(Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams), multi-function printers, and multi-line phone system.
File alphabetically and chronologically, research information, answer multi-line phone and computer work such as type accident reports and various other documents, letters and forms Periodically open or close the Front Desk and work alone in that capacity. Facility Monitor
  • monitor lobby and conference room areas in order to ensure the safety and welfare of team members and visitors, assist supervisory staff in accordance with center policies and procedures.
Assist team in meeting established goals and expectations Assist with other administrative team functions as assigned Perform other job duties requiring skills, knowledge and physical requirements as demanded by those duties described or less. Individual assignments will be determined by the supervisor based on the current workloads and department needs. Schedule Average up to 27 hours per week. Must be able to work varied hours Monday through Friday between 6:00 AM to 6:15 PM All employees may be expected to work hours in excess of their normally scheduled hours or maybe be relocated to another location or job assignment in response to short

The individual selected for this position will be housed at a primary site but may be scheduled between other park sites/facilities. Schedules will be adjusted seasonally and will vary weekly based on events, facility coverage, and weather. All employees may be expected to work hours in excess of their normally scheduled hours, overtime, split shifts or maybe be relocated to another location or job assignment in response to short-term department needs and/or City-wide emergencies including weekends, evenings and holidays. Training Starters As a condition of employment, all employees must attend P&R Connection (Department Orientation). If selected for the position, you will be provided an approximate training date at the time of hire. Training is held from 8:30am-5:00pm, every other Friday, at the Parks & Recreation Administration Building. When an exemption is permittable, a hybrid version of the training is available, but will require training attendance on a weekend. Minimum Requirements :
Minimum Qualifications:
High School or GED plus one (1) year of experience in the fields providing the required knowledge, skills and abilities; or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Special Requirements:
Must be able to work rotating shifts (days/evenings) including weekends and holidays and be available to work overtime when required to meet operational needs. All employees may be expected to work hours in excess of their normally scheduled hours in response to short-term department needs and/or City-wide emergencies.

E VRS Contribution :
