This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming environment, enjoys helping others, and understands the importance of making a strong first impression. The Receptionist plays a key role in the daily experience of our clients and the overall flow of the office. We are looking for someone who values professionalism, attention to detail, and being part of a team that truly cares about client service. This position could be a great fit for someone seeking a long-term role where they can contribute in a meaningful way and take ownership of the front office experience. Key Responsibilities Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in person and by telephone with warmth, professionalism, and empathy Manage the main phone line by screening and routing calls, taking accurate messages, and responding to general inquiries Schedule and confirm client appointments using the firm's practice management system Maintain an organized, welcoming, and polished reception area, conference rooms, and common spaces Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages; coordinate outgoing correspondence Provide clerical and administrative support including scanning, copying, filing, and document preparation Coordinate conference room scheduling and assist with meeting logistics Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate with vendors as needed Assist the office team with additional administrative tasks and projects as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus Prior receptionist, administrative, customer service, or client-facing experience preferred Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a busy office environment Comfortable using Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Word, and Teams Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping people, and values being a reliable part of the team

$35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
