Job Summary:
The front desk and administrative support role involving greeting visitors, answering phones, managing correspondence, and assisting with basic services like ticket sales and check-ins via Vertex. Responsibilities also include monitoring the lobby, handling mail and deliveries, scheduling conference rooms, and keeping the front desk organized. Provides general administrative support, maintains records, follows agency policies, and supports staff, leadership, and visitors with strong customer service. Additional duties include attending meetings and training, assisting with scheduling and projects, and company vehicle inspections. Schedule will be Wednesday though Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm High School Diploma or GED required Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Professional appearance and demeanor Punctuality and reliability
