• Full-time Our company is seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Office Assistants. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys learning about business, who takes the initiative to solve problems, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must be willing to work independently but will also have the opportunity work in tandem with others.
• The hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM
• 5 PM and 12:00 PM
• 8:00 PM. Saturday availability may also be needed from time-to-time.

Bilingual Requirement:

Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

Or alternatively:

Translation Skills:

Ability to accurately translate between English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

Answer telephones politely Greet and direct clients and visitors Conduct authorization inquiries for insurance claims Enter data from documents into an electronic database Assist in our clinic with supervising children, changing diapers, and managing the reception area Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the office Other administrative duties as assigned
