Licensed Massage Therapist

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Licensed Massage Therapist and bring wellness, relaxation, and rejuvenation to our valued clients! In this energetic role, you will deliver expert massage services that promote health and well-being while providing exceptional guest experiences. In addition to massage therapy, you will offer assisted stretch therapy and localized cryotherapy treatments to support recovery, mobility, and pain relief. Your expertise will help clients feel their best, whether they're seeking stress reduction, improved flexibility, injury prevention, or targeted muscle recovery. • Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue, Swedish, and sports massage to meet client needs.
• Provide assisted stretch therapy sessions to enhance flexibility, mobility, and overall physical performance.
• Administer localized cryotherapy treatments to support muscle recovery, reduce inflammation, and relieve pain.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace in accordance with health regulations and salon standards.
• Educate clients on wellness and recovery options, including stretch therapy, cryotherapy, and aesthetic services when applicable.
• Manage appointments efficiently using salon software like Millennium or Vagaro, ensuring smooth scheduling and client flow.
• Upsell retail products and treatment packages to enhance client results and satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client concerns and customizing treatments accordingly.
• Assist with front desk duties, including greeting guests, supporting social media efforts, and participating in promotional events. Skills
• Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with comprehensive knowledge of sanitation practices.
• Training or willingness to be trained in assisted stretch therapy and localized cryotherapy.
• Experience with body waxing, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, nail care, and makeup application is a plus.
• Familiarity with scheduling platform Vagaro a plus.
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients about wellness, recovery, and aesthetic treatments.
• Ability to perform or cross-train in additional services (bodysculpting, facials) is a plus.
• Knowledge of retail sales techniques and upselling strategies to promote product demos and treatment packages.
• Excellent guest service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters repeat business and positive reviews.
