Job Duties:
Support our team to deliver our mission to each and every member Deliver the highest level of customer service to all members and guests Actively promote, recruit and retain members with the highest level of professionalism providing a fun, safe and clean environment Answer telephone inquiries and route calls per company standards Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area Ensure the front desk check in area is covered at all times and be available to provide support and assistance to members and guests Assume other duties as assigned Attend all meetings/training required •Required Experience, Education & Certifications 6 months customer service / fitness experience preferred Certification in infant, child and adult CPR/AED •
