Preferably 6 months + hospitality or customer service background. Clinic is very fast paced currently servicing 6 doctors and up to 200 patients a day. Individual should multitask well and must enjoy working with the general public. Full time position 8:00am-6:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Fridays, 3 Saturdays a month (7:30am-10:30am).

Duties include:

Checking patients in and out, answering multi-line phone system, calling patients who miss or are late for appointments, scheduling/cancelling appointments, and taking payments. Salary DOE.
