Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations by providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting office management functions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in office software, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience in clerical and administrative roles. This position offers an engaging work environment where attention to detail and organizational skills are highly valued. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy Manage multi-line phone systems, handle inquiries, and direct calls appropriately Perform data entry, maintain filing systems, and ensure accurate record keeping Support office management tasks including bookkeeping with QuickBooks and other software Assist with document proofreading, editing, and preparation of correspondence Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person to ensure client satisfaction Handle administrative duties such as copying, scanning, mailing, and organizing office supplies Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a welcoming environment Qualifications Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant in an office setting Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette Attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks Ability to handle clerical duties such as filing, and document management accurately Prior experience in office management or personal assistant roles is advantageous Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service in person or over the phone Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of professionalism
