Daily Responsibilities Greets/Welcomes tennis players and families Checks in Players ; Charges according to current rate sheets Takes Payments, Makes Bookings / Cancellations / Reschedules etc. Customer Service , Cross Sell and Upsell lessons, memberships etc. Take turns with other members to keep office and court areas clean Create and Maintain checklists for events, inventory, class signups etc. Needs to be punctual (Show up on time or few minutes ahead of shift schedule) Skills Required Dependable Professional phone etiquette Outstanding customer service experience Attention to detail Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment Self-starter and a team player! Display initiative and self-motivation Professional appearance, outgoing personality, and friendly! Excellent written and verbal communication skills Takes accountability on everything front desk during shift time. Payment calculation accuracy is a necessity. You must be organized. Have own transportation. Skills Preferred Prior experience in handling Point of Sales systems like Square, Clover, etc. Able to calmly handle a variety of interpersonal situations Please apply only if you can consent to and are confident of a clean Background check.

Schedule:

At Jupiter Tennis, Front desk team weekday shifts are 8:30 am to 4 pm and 4 pm to 10:30 pm | Weekend shifts are 7:30 am to 2 pm and 2 pm to 9 pm approx. Looking to fill three shifts (please apply only if you are comfortable with and can commit to atleast 1 evening shift and 1 weekend shift schedule) Additional hours available for the right candidate as they demonstrate reliability, timeliness and good multi tasking skills 6-8 hour per shift Only one shift per day
