LA Fitness Pay:

$17.13/hr + Commission | Highly Competitive | Growth Based on Performance LA Fitness is looking for a high‑energy, friendly, fitness‑loving Front Desk Associate to join our team and help us on our journey to become #1 in the district . Club Hours Monday-Thursday:

5am-11pm

Friday:

5am-10pm

Saturday & Sunday:

8am-8pm Shifts vary and are production‑based. What You'll Do Provide exceptional customer service to every member and guest Greet members with a positive, upbeat attitude Handle high call volume while maintaining professionalism Log calls, appointments, and member interactions accurately Maintain a clean, organized front desk area (including keeping counters clear of scanners) Assist with monitoring babysitting during kid's club hours Resolve at least one past‑due balance per hour Support sales efforts, including prescribing Pilates memberships Multitask in a fast‑moving environment with confidence and enthusiasm Contribute to a competitive, performance‑driven team culture What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing, and high‑energy personality Passion for fitness and helping others Strong multitasking and organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset Ability to thrive in a competitive atmosphere Comfortable with sales, including Pilates membership prescribing Strong communication skills and ability to handle busy environments Compensation & Growth $17.13/hour + commission Clear opportunities for advancement based on performance Be part of a team that celebrates wins and pushes for excellence Join Us If you're ready to bring your energy, personality, and drive to a team that's committed to being the best, we want to meet you.
