Receptionist

We are looking for a kind receptionist to help patients feel welcome to our practice. Our team consists of one doctor, one office manager and two front desk receptionists. Our current front desk will be departing for a career change starting this summer. We hope to add a team member before this time. This role involves greeting patients, checking them in for their appointments and scheduling. You will be regularly answering phone calls, questions, and interacting with patients and doctors. Using scheduling software to help make appointments for patients, creating treatment plans as directed, and posting and billing charges for procedures. Our office strongly emphasizes teamwork to ensure success. A regular clinical day moves fast, to help new team members adapt to our office. Dental Terminology, HIPAA Working hours: Tuesday•

7:30am-5:30pm .

Starting Pay:

$20 Benefits (after one year):

Daily Expectations:

• Greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments and phone reminders.
• Answering phones and patient questions, patient intake, and communication with other doctor offices.
• Sending emails, X-rays, and other clinical information following HIPPA guidelines.
